On The Dance Floor: Spinning Out on Screen studies the cultural and visual significance of dance floor scenes in cinema. We designed this hefty compendium in close collaboration with editor Claire Marie Healy and the A24 team.
Our design dynamically responds to the rhythm of the content, incorporating flexible and intuitive compositions. F Equality (Bob Wilkinson + Lucienne Roberts), a rare typeface from our 90s archive, serves as the display typeface. Some Other Times (Seokhoon Choi), an unreleased variant of Times New Roman, fluidly swings the text.
